Short, transparent, reproducible. In five steps, we bring your application from noise to silence —with clear decisions based on measurement data instead of gut feeling.

You send us your drawing/CAD and the most important key data such as quantity, material, and load profile. Together, we define what the solution should achieve: maximum smoothness, minimized wear, increased safety, or longer maintenance intervals.
 
We check the installation situation and interfaces, clarify tolerances and relevant standards, and define the scope, schedule, and test scope. Upon request, we can start from this point under NDA — confidential and clearly documented.

Based on your goals, tolerances, material/heat treatment, and the manufacturing process. 

We provide specific recommendations on flank modifications, tooth width, surface quality, and grinding strategyto reduce noise and vibration.

Design and purchasing receive feasible, economical options— including DFM (design for manufacturing) notes and a preliminary test plan draft.

We manufacture sample parts with short turnaround times and test them in accordance with the agreed scope of testing. The measurement reports document all relevant parameters— from dimensions, shape, and position to gear quality and surface roughness —in a transparent manner suitable for approval.
 
During the acceptance meeting, we discuss the results, derive any optimizations, and, if desired, coordinate a functional test in use.

Once the solution has been finalized, Once the solution has been finalized, with the same care as in series production – ideal for spare parts, pilot runs, or short-term requirements. Setup and throughput times remain lean, test scopes are clearly defined, and, upon request, we deliver with initial sample/measurement documentation.
 
This allows you to validate the solution in real-world use without sacrificing speed or transparency.

Once approved, the processes run in a reproducible manner: test plans are implemented (up to 100% testing as agreed), batches remain traceable, and deliveries are made flexibly via call-offs.
