We are currently fulfilling several concurrent orders for drive and output shafts in the mechanical engineering sector—components that we have been manufacturing continuously for some customers for years. Especially given the economic situation, which is currently receiving a lot of media attention, this is not something we can take for granted.

From a technical standpoint, these orders require us to achieve tight concentricity tolerances ranging from 0.005 to 0.02 mm, precise fits for bearing and coupling seats, and—depending on the drawing—gearing, grooves, or shaft shoulders. We manufacture parts in a wide variety of materials and sizes, ranging from single-unit production to small-batch runs. Where the application requires it, we further optimize the gear quality through gear grinding.
