Unlike with new machines, the logistics this time were almost more critical than the purchase itself.

Professional disassembly, the right lifting equipment, accurately planned dimensions, weights, and access routes—all the way through to reassembly and commissioning—even small mistakes at any single step could have had major consequences. A damaged ball screw, improper transport, or a machine that wasn’t leveled correctly would have significantly delayed the planned start of production.
